Coach Rosa was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and has been playing volleyball since the 3rd grade. She graduated from Central Catholic in 2015 and was a part of the Varsity Volleyball team all four years. Throughout her years at Central Catholic, Kealia won a State Championship, was First Team All League setter and libero, and was the Mt. Hood Conference Player of the Year in 2014. 

After high school, she attended Warner Pacific University and was a 5-1 setter all four years of college. Kealia broke every single setting record at WPU, having only sat out for two points during her entire collegiate career. In college, she was named Red Lion Player of the Week five times and All CCC Honorable Mention. 

After college, Kealia went on to receive her Masters from Concordia University where she was the Women’s Volleyball team graduate assistant. Kealia coached at the collegiate level again in 2022 for Western Oregon University. She has been coaching club volleyball since 2015 and is currently coaching at Athena Volleyball Academy.

Kealia is passionate about creating a program that is driven by the phrase, "Better People, Play Better Volleyball." Kealia is excited to be returning to her alma mater to give back to a school and program that gave so much to her.
