Main applications will be available after November 1, 2021. All application files must have recommendations from your current math and English teachers, a principal or counselor recommendation, and a copy of transcripts or records from middle school. Copies of standardized test scores, discipline records, special education records, etc. are also required (if applicable). Links for supporting documentation will be available after December 1, 2021.
- Log into your admissions account
- In your admissions checklist are teacher and principal/counselor recommendation forms. You will need to input the email address of the appropriate person who will complete the form.
- Once you submit the forms, the online system will email the request to the teacher/principal/counselor.
- Repeat the process for each recommendation request. The Records Request should be sent to the school secretary or registrar at your current school.
You may check on the status of your recommendation requests in your admissions account. Recommendations and records are confidential and will not be shared with applicants.
Families are welcome to provide paper forms (and stamped envelopes addressed to Central Catholic Admissions Office) to the teachers or school. Such forms are available upon request but are not encouraged. All paper requests must be signed by the parent/guardian and all forms will be sent directly to Central Catholic High School.
