Application Process

Here's a break down of everything you need to know before you apply to Central Catholic!

Spend-A-Day

We’re excited you want to spend the day shadowing one of our current students. It’s a great way to learn more about our school, our classes, and our community. Students will have the opportunity to visit between October 2018 - March 2019. It is recommended to register online early as dates fill up quickly and space is limited. Registration opens in September.

Open House

Prospective families are invited to join us on Sunday, October 7, 2018 to see the campus and meet with teachers, parents, and students.

Placement Test

All prospective freshmen are required to take the High School Placement Test (HSPT) as part of their application to our school. The HSPT should be taken at the applicant’s first-choice high school. The test will be given at Central Catholic on December 1 and 3. CLICK HERE for more information.

Application

Central Catholic uses an online application process for all students (incoming freshmen and transfers). CLICK HERE to apply. Due Friday, January 18, 2019.

Apply for Financial Aid (optional)

Forms must be submitted online directly to FACTS. CLICK HERE to apply for Financial Aid. Due February 16, 2019.

Apply for Merit Scholarship (optional)

Students may apply for scholarships that are awarded based on merit. Completed merit scholarship applications must be mailed directly to the Office of Admissions. CLICK HERE for the application.
 

Records Release and Recommendation Forms

Each applicant needs to submit English, math, and Principal/Counselor recommendation forms, as well as a Records Release form. Due Monday, February 4, 2019.

Decision Letter

Central Catholic mails out decision letters to prospective students in March 2019.

Registration

Incoming students for the 2019-2020 school year must register in April 2019. Registration Fee of $375 and Enrollment Intent Form due.
