Student Council

I love the time of the year when the Student Council hosts Ice Cream Fridays! This Spring tradition involves our leadership team serving free ice cream to all of our students during lunch when the weather gets warmer. These celebrations bring our student body together as everyone is excited to get their cone and finish out the school year with their friends. I love Central Catholic because of the lifelong friendships that I have made here. Looking back at all the photos of my friends and I at dances, games, during lunches, and having fun on the field never fails to make me smile. Central Catholic truly strives to make sure every student feels welcomed and valued."

Student Council members strive to build connection between students, staff, and the administration through assemblies, activities, special events, announcements, and more.  They work to promote school spirit and deepen engagement among their peers. Members are committed to advancing equity and reflecting the school's diverse student body in everything they do. Members of Student Council, including Associated Student Body (ASB) Officers, are selected through a rigorous application and interview process; incoming freshmen are nominated for positions by their current Catholic school, and are selected through an application process.
