Reporting Service Hours

In order to earn academic credit for your volunteer service, you must complete and submit this report, which includes a written or video reflection. 

All Christian Service Reports (CSRs) need to be completed within one week of your service.  Best practice is to complete your CSR right after your service experience.

As people of character, we are reminded that we are relational and responsible, honest, and abide by truth. Please complete all components of this report accurately and honestly. Poorly written and thoughtless responses will not count toward your service hour total. No CSRs will be accepted without completing and uploading the required signature sheet.
