Lent and Easter Reflections 2026
Lent is the Liturgical Season of preparation for the most sacred celebration in our Christian faith: the Resurrection of Jesus Christ at Easter. Beginning with Ash Wednesday and concluding with Holy Thursday, Lent spans 40 days of prayerful reflection, repentance, and renewal.
In 2026, Lent in the Western Catholic Church will be observed from February 18 through April 2.
During this season, Catholic and many other Christians recommit themselves to the three pillars of Lent: Prayer, Fasting, and Almsgiving. These practices invite us to deepen our relationship with God, grow in discipline and gratitude, and serve others with greater generosity.
WEEKLY REFLECTIONS DURING LENT
Celebrate the Lenten and Easter season with us. Each week during Lent, Principal Ramsey will share a written reflection to guide our community in prayer and preparation for Easter. These reflections are an opportunity to pause, reflect, and journey together toward the joy of the Ressurrection.

THROUGHOUT LENT, CCHS CAMPUS MINISTRY WILL ALSO OFFER:
- Weekly Mass in the Christ the King Chapel on Tuesdays and every first Thursday - All are welcome!
- Stations of the Cross - Tuesday, March 31 at 10:00 A.M.
- Opportunities for the sacrament of Reconciliation with Fr. Tony for all Theology classes throughout February and March
