Pat Hatten returns as the Assistant Coach for the Men's Golf team at Central Catholic this year. Pat has been involved in Central Catholic athletics in several capacities through the years as a soccer coach, an announcer and as an Assistant to the Men's Golf program for the last several years.  This affords him a unique perspective on the players and the program and how to help each player grow in their Central experience.  A golfer for more than 50 years and owner of a golf shop here in Portland, he brings a unique set of experiences and resources to the program to help bring younger golfers into the program and grow to represent themselves, their families, and their school with pride while learning a lifelong game and how to find new joy in it.

Pat and his wife Patty are long-time Portlanders, and their three kids Emily, Patrick and Lizzy are all Central Catholic athletes/grads. He has spent years in his professional career as a leadership and management coach, helping others find their best levels of performance while balancing the bigger picture. He loves coaching, pure and simple and he is proud to be part of the golf program.
