David Blue
Head Varsity Coach
Coach Blue enters his 9th season as Head Coach of the Central Catholic Men’s Basketball Program. In his first 8 seasons he has led the Rams to a record of 134 wins with 64 losses and been honored as Coach of the year twice. Leading the Rams to three Mt. Hood Conference Championships, 8 straight playoff appearances and three trips to the OSAA State Tournament.
As Director of College, Life and Career Counseling, Blue works to ensure Central Catholic graduates are prepared for post-secondary success. As Basketball Coach, his challenge is to continue to develop a high powered, winning program both in the Mt. Hood Conference and at the State Level. David is excited for this season and to be a part of the long tradition of success in both athletics and academics.
