Tuition, Financial Aid & Scholarships

The actual cost to educate each student is $23,299. Central Catholic offers the opportunity for families to select a full cost payment, where $4,500 of your $23,299 payment is credited as a tax-deductible donation to cover the actual cost of education.

• The estimated annual tuition increase is from 3-6 percent
• Central Catholic offers two options for payment: pay in full, or monthly (11 months) payments
  • Pay in full ($23,299 or $18,799 by July 20, 2025); If you pay in full by July 20 the $275 activity fee is waived as an early payment discount
  • Monthly payments (eleven payments from July-May on the 20th of each month)

Fees

• $375 Enrollment Fee
• $275 Activity Fee (includes ID cards, yearbook, athletic events, and activities)
• $160 Graduation Fee (seniors only)
• $1,530 One-to-One Device (freshmen and transfer only)

Families should budget to cover the following additional annual expenses.

• Books: $300-$600
• Athletics: Participation fee per season $150. All gear, meals, and travel are determined and billed by the coach.

• Twenty-percent of the semester tuition will be due if the student leaves after having attended school for two (2) weeks or less.
• Thirty-percent of the semester tuition will be due if the student leaves after having attended school from three (3) to four (4) weeks.
• Fifty-percent of the semester tuition will be due if the student leaves after having attended school from five (5) to six (6) weeks.
• If the student leaves after six (6) weeks of attendance in a given semester, the tuition for that semester is due in full and tuition is nonrefundable.
• Fees are nonrefundable.
• Families are responsible for prescribed fees for students who transfer into the school late. If a student enters the school after six (6) weeks of instruction in a given semester, any adjustment in tuition will be at the discretion of the President.
• If a student is withdrawn from school for reasons beyond the control of the parent(s) or guardian(s) (such as a family move), the family may appeal to the President for an adjustment of tuition. The decision of the President is final.  

What is the school's policy concerning enrollment fee refund?

Central Catholic regards the payment of an enrollment fee as the commitment to attend Central Catholic High School. We use this commitment to plan for staffing and other key resource needs. Therefore, it is the policy of Central Catholic to not refund any portion of the registration fee.

If a freshman family provides their own laptop/tablet is there a discount to tuition?

No. Central Catholic requires all freshmen to purchase and use a school-issued tablet. We obtain the laptops  by other financial means that do not include tuition, so there is no option to "opt out."
