Character Connection Events
Our Character Connections events are designed for middle school students (6th-8th) and their families to connect with our community and envision how you belong at Central Catholic High School.
These immersion events cover a variety of topics that reflect our school's mission and values. Events are open (for no cost!) to students from all local middle schools (public and private).
If you are interested in learning about specific programming offered at Central Catholic High School or want to stay connected to our community we highly encourage you to register now! If you have any questions, please email Jasmine Bush, Director Presidential Character in Leadership Academy.

Join us for Central Catholic’s annual celebration of the arts: Art Fest! This event will showcase the array of arts offered at Central Catholic! You will have the opportunity to attend workshops hosted by students and teachers, meet other aspiring artists, and experience all that Central Catholic has to offer.
If you are interested in or are passionate about theater, music, ceramics, painting, drawing, photography and more, then you don’t want to miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in Central Catholic’s arts programs! The event is opened to middle school students at any skill level.
Please join us for a day of faith, reflection, and action rooted in Catholic Social Teaching. This walk is inspired by the Ruby Bridges Walk we hosted last year. While you can attend this walk individually, we encourage you to attend this event with your entire class. As a group we will walk through the Laurelhurst neighborhood and end at Central Catholic High School for a community celebration. Throughout the walking route, students will have the opportunity to reflect, learn, and grow in their faith journey. If you are currently a student at a Catholic partner school, please check with your/your student's teacher to see if they plan to attend.
Math Fest is an opportunity for middle school students to explore math in new and exciting ways, bringing numbers and problem solving skills to life! This is a team-based event so we encourage you to sign-up with a few friends from your school and/or community. No team? No problem! You can still sign up and we will place you in with a small group of other middle school students. All eighth grade students who participate have a chance to earn a scholarship to attend Central Catholic!
