He walks away from the Central Catholic Ski Team as:

  • the 2019 Men's Oregon State High School SkierX Champion.

  • Freshman year Tucker also grabbed the Men's 2 place Slalom Title. (He fell in his first run GS and still finished, only to put down a 2nd place finish on the second run GS)

Tucker led his team to the 2019 Men's Team Slalom Title, Team Giant Slalom Title, and to their first High School Men's Overall Combined Team Championships since 1952.
Total State Champions Titles: 12.

Congratulations to Tucker on a crazy ride of high school ski racing. He started as a team of one (freshman and sophomore year) only to grab two more athletes last year to make a full high school team of three. This season added two more to round out a team of a legit five.

On the Women's side, Taitum Scroggins, ‘22 made her first appearance at State and grabbed the 2019 Women's Oregon State High School Skier-Cross 2nd place.  Octavia Wilcoxen also made her 2nd appearance at State.

Coach Willy Scroggins is very excited about the prospects ahead.  "We have a young team with a lot of raw talent, and we should be a threat for years to come."
