Parent Survey: Assessment of Inclusivity and Multiculturalism

Parent Survey: Assessment of Inclusivity and Multiculturalism
The Central Catholic High School mission statement reads we are “committed to educating students from diverse backgrounds in a Catholic community.” To do more than just “feel good” about the range of diversity that exists within our school, leaders need reliable information to plan and create exceptional educational experiences for all students, and a workplace that maximizes the talents of all adults. Therefore, we have partnered with the National Association of Independent Schools to implement an Assessment of Inclusivity and Multiculturalism (AIM).

The AIM survey is a comprehensive instrument designed to evaluate diversity, multiculturalism, equity, and justice in independent schools. It is useful to assist in strategic planning initiatives to build and sustain an inclusive school community.

Over the next two weeks, all Central Catholic students will be completing the survey during school. Additional constituent participants include faculty/staff, administration, trustees, and you.

We need your input to help plan and create an equitable learning environment. This survey will take 15 minutes of your time and will be available through June 14, 2019.
