Bio:
I was born and raised in Beaverton, Oregon and have loved living and adventuring in the PNW. I graduated from Valley Catholic High School and went on to play college basketball at the University of La Verne. After graduating I move back to Oregon and completed my Masters degree in Teaching. I am blessed to have spent the last four years teaching 2nd grade both in local public schools and at St. Anthony Catholic School. At St. Anthony I not only served our community as a classroom teacher but also as the Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator. In this role I helped the St. Anthony community develop programs, policies, and relationships that are rooted in equity and Catholic Social Teaching.

Outside of the classroom I also work in partnership with several local Catholic grade schools and community members to develop sustainable practices that encourage life long learning and allyship.

I currently live in the Portland area and In my spare time I love traveling with my family, playing with my puppy Honey Jack, and cheering on Oregon State Football.
