To someone you know well:

Hello Aunt Fran. This is______. I'm calling today to tell you how great everything is going for me at school. I love being a student at Central Catholic. Right now I am working on an important project for school and I could use your help. Each year the students unite for the students4students fundraiser.  We all try to raise at least $150 to fund tuition assistance and student activities programs. Every student at Central Catholic, including me, benefits from tuition assistance since the annual tuition fee is about 25% less than the actual education cost. Can I count on your help Aunt Fran?

To someone you don't know as well:

Hello. My name is ____ and I am a student at Central Catholic High School. Central Catholic is known for its exceptional academic, athletic, and fine arts programs, diverse student population, and for our service to others in need. One time each year, the students organize to make certain that our place in the community and all of the qualities that make Central Catholic High School special can be sustained.  Students4students is a sponsorship drive that helps keep tuition affordable for all students and that a diverse array of extra-curricular programs are available to match the needs and interests of our students. Can you make a sponsorship commitment today? Any amount will help me and my fellow classmates keep the Central Catholic tradition strong in this community.

Expect these questions...

Q. Why should I make a donation?
A.  Fifty percent of the students who attend Central Catholic receive some sort of tuition assistance. Students4students supports tuition assistance so a donation goes directly to help lower the cost of tuition.  All donations are also tax deductible.

Q.  What does the money go to?
A.  All donations go directly to tuition assistance.  Every student at Central Catholic benefits from tuition assistance since the annual tuition fee is only 75% of the actual education cost. Tuition assistance assures that Central retains a diverse student population.

Q.  Will you bill me for my contribution?
A.  There are four methods of payment - cash, check, credit card (online), or invoice. To be invoiced, you must make a minimum pledge of $25.

Q.  Will you get something for raising the money?
A.  Yes, if our school gets 100% participation by its students than we get the day off school.
