Due Friday January 15, 2010
Transcripts (copies only) and completed teacher evaluations
Due Friday, February 5, 2010
Parents are to hand the signed Records Release form to the principal or secretary of the applicant's current school and ask that all the student's test scores, report cards, and transcript information (copies only, not the originals) be mailed directly to the Central Catholic Admissions Office address noted on the form. Please note: Since Central Catholic would like to receive the student's grades for the first semester of the 8th grade year, school secretaries or registrars should not send student's records until those grades are in. Parents are asked to respect this timetable, since there will be no benefit to submitting a student's academic records before the February 5, 2010 deadline.
