Basic Information/Placement Exam Registration Form Complete and mail in the Basic Information/Placement Exam Registration Form with a $20 fee. Please note: Since Central Catholic would like to receive the student's grades for the first semester of the 8th grade year, school secretaries or registrars should not send student's records until those grades are in. Parents are asked to respect this timetable, since there will be no benefit to submitting a student's academic records before the January 30, 2009 deadline.
