Bio:
My favorite authors are the ones who make me work for meaning—I especially love writers like Hemingway and Dickinson who are deceptively simple. Literature gives us myriad perspectives on the world, and from these we learn more than we could from our individual experiences. I hope that students use these varied perspectives as a way to think critically about the world around them.
