The following letter may help you frame your own message to friends, family and other potential sponsors. Feel free to use as much of this language as you like, but don't forget to personalize it for maximum effect!

Each morning when I arrive at Central Catholic, I realize how lucky I am to attend a school with exceptional programs and a diverse student population. In addition to excellent teachers and great classes, I also have learned the importance of service. In fact, each year my fellow students and I perform nearly 20,000 hours of community service to those in need. Doernbecher Children's Hospital, St. Vincent DePaul, Special Olympics, and local area Senior Centers are just a few of the non-profit organizations that benefit from Central Catholic Student's volunteer efforts.
Every student pays tuition to attend Central Catholic. 46% of our students would likely be unable to attend without tuition assistance. So, one time each year, the STUDENTS organize to make certain that our place in the community and all of the qualities that make Central Catholic High School special can be sustained. This Students 4 Students sponsorship drive helps keep tuition affordable for ALL and assures that a diverse array of extra-curricular programs are available to match the needs and interests of our students. Because I believe in what Central Catholic offers - not only its students, but the greater community, I have made a commitment to participate in the Students 4 Students sponsorship drive.
I am hoping you can help me meet my fundraising goal by making a tax deductible contribution to Central Catholic. Any amount will help me, my fellow classmates and keep the Central Catholic tradition in this community strong.
