Time to Make a Change?Here are some typical questions for folks considering going through this process: What is the Car Donation Program?The Car Donation Program allows individuals or businesses to donate their used vehicle, receive a tax deduction, and help Central Catholic High School at the same time. Why donate instead of sell the car?Many people do not want to go through the hassle of selling their used vehicle, it’s often time-consuming and frustrating. Donating is fast and easy. How are the profits used?Since 1993, the Car Program has provided much needed tuition assistance for our students and general operating support for our school. Central Catholic alum, José PinoMesa ’87, has been instrumental in the success of the program. Is my car donation tax-deductible?Yes! Your car donation is tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Contact your tax advisor for detailed information. Are there any restrictions?Vehicles are evaluated on a case-by-case basis but generally must be complete, running, and in average/good condition. The goal is to raise funds for Central Catholic.
