Camp Staff
The camp will be hosted and directed by Steve Ancheta Head Coach for the CCHS boys soccer program. Steve played college soccer for both Warner Pacific University and Oregon State University. He has coached in the local area since 1995 as a member of the FC Portland Coaching staff, on the Region IV staff, and as Barlow Boy's Varsity Coach from 1999-2002. In the fall of 2007 Coach Steve led the CCHS Boy's soccer team to the Oregon 6A State Championship. His varied experience provides an excellent background for developing the skills and techniques of players attending the Camp. The Camp staff will include CCHS Boy's soccer coaches.
Camp Description
The Rams Boys Pre-Season Camp is designed to prepare students who will be playing soccer in the fall of 2008 for theire coming season. The camp is designed to improve player skills both technically and tactically, and to help players improve their mental and physical fitness in preparation for the high school tryout. Although this camp is not required in order to try out for the fall season, it is highly recommended.
Non-CCHS high school players desiring to attend this camp must receive permission form Coach Steve Ancheta before registering.
