The second Mt. Hood Conference match took place at Indian Creek golf course in Hood River. Once again, Senior Sam Mendez won medalist honors firing a 1 under 71, leading the Rams to another victory. The Rams will resume league play on Thursday, April 15 at Glendoveer.

April 3
The Rams traveled to Springhill Country Club in Albany for the West Albany Invitational. The Rams took 3rd place shooting a 313 as a team. Senior Sam Mendez won medalist honors shooting a 4 under 68 in tough weather conditions.

March 31
The Rams opened their defense of the Mt. Hood Conference Championship with a strong showing at Rose City Golf Course.
Sam Mendez again paced the Rams with a 1 over par 73 and earning medalist honors. Freshman Carsten Concon had his best day with a 5 over par 77.
The Rams team total was 312 and they head to Indian Creek next week.

March 30
The Rams placed a solid 3rd place at the Canby Invitational. Senior Sam Mendez led the Rams with a 3 over 75 and placed 3rd as an individual.
The Rams 2,3,4 and 5 player each played their final three holes in less than ideal conditions as a hail storm dumped on the course. The top two teams in the tournament had finished some hour and a half ahead of the Rams while the course was still in good shape.
It was a solid effort and the Rams were ready for league play.

The 2010 Boys Golf season got off to a great start on March 15th as the Rams walked away with a win at the Tigard / Tualatin Showcase Tournament.
Junior Ryan Nolan paced the Rams with a 3 over par 75. Senior Jon Zeleznik shot at 76, Junior David Carr shot a 77 and Senior Sam Mendez shot a 78.
The Rams nipped Lake Oswego by one stroke. In addition, the field featured perennial powers, South Eugene, Sheldon and Redmond.
The Rams are off until their first league match on Wednesday, March 31st at Rose City.
