Ping Pong Club
Fast paced lunchtime action
The Ping Pong Club is one of the largest and most active clubs on campus. Students get together twice each week to compete and improve their skills in table tennis. Tournaments are held several times per year during lunch in the old gym. Students and faculty compete in both doubles and singles matches. Each year, students participate in The Brown Bag Classic, (The World Cup of Ping Pong) and The Big Whack City Championship.
The top players in the club compete as a team for Central Catholic in the Portland High School Table Tennis Championships. Students with a love of table tennis are invited to the old gym during lunch every Tuesday and Thursday.
