Students 4 Students
The Central Catholic mission, to develop people for others, is personalized for Central Catholic students during the Students 4 Students fundraiser. With close to 50% of students receiving some form of financial aid, students easily are able to understand the importance of their efforts. Visualizing Central with only half of their friends, classmates, and teammates is a motivating factor for Central Catholic students to solicit donations from family, friends, and corporations to help provide funds for tuition assistance and student activities at Central Catholic. The Students 4 Students Fundraiser is a Central Catholic tradition that started over 35 years ago with the sale of Almond Roca candy and has currently evolved into a celebration for those students who raise at least $150. Over the years, this fundraiser has raised over 1 million dollars in critical tuition assistance. For more information please click here.
Doernbecher Week
Central Catholic students annually participate in a fundraiser each spring for Doernbecher Children’s Hospital. Doernbecher Week is a series of events aimed to educate students on the research being done locally on diseases affecting children, and to inspire them to help provide support for treatment through their efforts. Some of the successful events in the past have included our Adopt-a-Child Campaign, the World Championship of Powderpuff Football, and the popular Mr. Ram talent pageant.
